Sportscaster Erin Andrews on Monday settled her lawsuit, under confidential terms, against a hotel owner over naked videos a stalker filmed through a peephole.

“This litigation is over,” one of Andrews’ attorneys, Randall Kinndard, told The Tennessean.

“Erin Andrews is satisfied with the settlement, the terms of which are confidential.”

Andrews sued for $75 million over naked videos of her at the Marriott hotel at Vanderbilt University, which a stalker filmed through a peephole in 2008.

In March, a jury awarded Andrews a $55 million verdict. The jury ruled the stalker, Michael David Barrett, owed $28 million, and the hotel owner and operator, West End Hotel Partners and Windsor Capital Group, owed the other $27 million for negligence.

Andrews’ lawyers were expected to ask for more money from the hotel companies Monday morning before the settlement was reached.

The hotel companies and their attorney did not immediately return requests for comment.
