New Zealand Olympic golf duo Danny Lee and Ryan Fox have completed a forgettable weekend in the United States and Europe as they warm up for the Rio Games.

Danny Lee wound up a see-saw effort at the Canadian Open in a share of 43rd place, while Fox's final round even-par 71 left him in a tie for 18th at the Le Vaudreuil Golf Challenge in France.

Fox and Lee will represent New Zealand in the 60-strong men's field at the Rio Olympics.

On the US Tour, Kiwi Steven Alker finished strongly with a final round two-under 69 for a share of 36th place at the Utah Championship in Lehi, while compatriot Josh Geary's final-round 75 saw him tied for 56th.
