A Sanzaar judicial hearing found Havili guilty of using a swinging arm to strike Blues opposite Piers Francis in the neck during the second half of their game at Eden Park on May 28.

Havili's suspension is until June 11, which falls during the international window so only sidelines the 21-year-old from a club game.

Super Rugby resumes for the competition-leading Crusaders on July 1, when they face the Chiefs in Suva.
