Hillary Clinton Live-Tweeted The GOP Debate

Following in the footsteps of Bernie Sanders, Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton took to Twitter during the CNBC Republican debate to share her thoughts on the Republican discussion.

Clinton came out swinging, criticizing the GOP field before the debate even started by noting how they've failed to talk about equal pay in their last few meetings: 

Clinton made a direct appeal to Spanish-speaking voters when the Republicans touched on the topic of immigration, tweeting responses in both English and Spanish:

She also criticized the economic stances of the GOP candidates:

Clinton wasn't the only presidential hopeful to offer up commentary on the Republican debate. Lawrence Lessig, a Harvard professor running for president as a Democrat, was also tweeting:

Sanders did not tweet the debate this time around. He hosted a live town meeting online during the GOP debate, encouraging people to ask questions via Twitter using the hashtag #StudentsForBernie.
