When someone says, "Thank you." How do you respond?
Do you say, "No problem"?
Do you say, "Happy to help" or "My pleasure"?
I encourage you to reflect upon this, as I feel it speaks to the spirit in which we help others.
I also feel it sends a message to our subconscious minds that, the reason we helped is because it didn't cause us a problem to do so.
As conscious leaders, one of our core values is to be helpful, yes?
As such, how could it ever be a problem to receive the opportunity to be helpful?
That's why it makes more sense to say, "Happy to help" or "My pleasure."
Because you're in essence saying, "I'm happy to help, because I value being helpful." Or, "It's my pleasure to help you. I also thank you for the opportunity to practice my values on your behalf."
What are your thoughts on this?
