India pile on the runs in Antigua

Captain Virat Kohli hit his maiden Test double century before getting out without adding another run as India reached 6-512 at tea on the second day of the first Test against West Indies on Friday.

Kohli became the first Indian captain to score a double century overseas when he clipped off-spinner Roston Chase for a single in the last over before lunch with India at 4-404.

He was bowled by West Indies quick Shannon Gabriel (2-61) in the second ball after lunch.

India added 108 runs in the afternoon session with Ravichandran Ashwin undefeated on 106.
