The gap from Lydia Ko to the leaders has doubled from four to eight shots after the rain-hit second round of the LPGA Thailand tournament in Chonburi.

The New Zealand world No.1 Ko shot a one-under 71 to follow her opening 70, leaving her on three-under and in a share of 24th place.

The round was completed over two days, Ko having played six holes on Friday before rain washed out play. She carded birdies on her first two holes on Saturday but couldn't manage another.

Korean Amy Yang leads on 11-under, one stroke clear of her overnight co-leader and world No.2 Ariya Jutanugarn of Thailand. Fourth-ranked Chinese player Shanshan Feng is level with Jutanugarn.
