Man injured in New Plymouth attack

One man has suffered cuts to his neck after approaching a group who were doing burnouts on Everett Road in New Plymouth on Friday night.

Two people have appeared in court on Saturday morning; a 23-year-old man charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, and a 17-year-old woman has been charged with being an accessory after the fact.

They're due to reappear in court on March 1.
