Munro cameo not enough for Trinbago

Colin Munro's quickfire 46 wasn't enough to boost Trinbago Knight Riders to a Twenty20 win over St Kitts and Nevis Patriots in Florida on Saturday (NZT).

The second of four Caribbean Premier League matches to be played in Florida this weekend proved something of a walkover for St Kitts, who cruised to a 34-run win.

The Patriots set a useful 180-5 off their 20 overs, then bowled Trinbago out for 146 with two overs to spare.

Former Black Caps captain Brendon McCullum went cheaply for one after facing three balls, but Munro was able to resuscitate Trinbago's innings with 46 off 28 balls, including three sixes and two fours.

Once he departed with the score at 103-4, Trinbago lost their last six wickets for 43 runs, slumping to their fourth loss from eight games.
