The league and RLPA are yet to sign a collective bargaining agreement for next season, but it's hoped all clubs will have a clearer figure to work towards for next year's cap after Wednesday's meeting of chief executives.

"We believe we have all landed on a fair position to be discussed with the RLPA which has the backing of all 16 club chairmen and CEOs," NRL CEO Todd Greenberg said.
