English counties have signed Black Caps Adam Milne and Corey Anderson to contracts beginning after the Champions Trophy.

The pair have both emerged from lengthy injury problems, allowing pace bowler Milne to play for Kent and allrounder Anderson for Somerset.

Milne's deal involves Twenty20 and first class matches.

The 25-year-old will hope to remain fit after last week playing his first international for more than a year, a one-day international against Ireland in Dublin.

Anderson, 26, will play Twenty20 cricket only, two years after pulling out of a spell with Somerset before it began because of back problems.

He will be available for the entire T20 Blast campaign, starting on July 9.
