Babar Azam's third successive one-day international century helped Pakistan complete a 3-0 series sweep against West Indies in Abu Dhabi.

Azam and skipper Azhar Ali both hit centuries to pave the way for Pakistan's comfortable 136-run win.

Azam became the third Pakistan batsman to hit a hat-trick of ODI centuries, finishing with 117 from 106 balls, as the designated hosts piled up 6-308.

West Indies never appeared likely to run that down once they fell to 5-117.

Denesh Ramdin top-scored with 37 but when he was run out West Indies' miserable reply ended on 172 from 44 overs.

Pakistan's victory enabled them to overtake West Indies into eighth place on the International Cricket Council's ODI rankings.
