Danny Lee has picked up his second top-10 finish this season on the US PGA Tour in finishing sixth at the Dean & Deluca Invitational in Fort Worth, Texas.

The New Zealand No.1 carded an even-par final round 70 to slip three places down the leaderboard after beginning the day in a share of second, two strokes astray of overnight leader Webb Simpson (US).

Lee turned one shot over the card after off-setting two bogeys with a birdie over the front nine at the Colonial Country Club course.

He slipped further back with a bogey at the par-four 12th, but rallied to birdie two of his last three holes to finish three shots astray of US winner Kevin Kisner.

Korea-born Lee had made a poor start to the 2017 season but has turned his form around in finishing fifth at the Byron Nelson Classic.

His maiden Tour win came two years ago, when he won the Greenbrier Classic in West Virginia.
