If you are not tuned in to CBS or City T.V at 8 p.m. every Monday night you need to completely update your TV schedule. This American-created sitcom created by Whitney Cummings and Michael Patrick King chronicles the life of formerly Rich Girl "Caroline Channing" played by Beth Behrs and Street wise "Max", Kat Dennings. The show is as the name suggests about "2 Broke Girls" in their late 20s trying to make it in life. Though the situations might be funny and the jokes raunchy, you can learn a lot on how to be successful from Max and Caroline.
Never Give Up
You will fail so many times that failure becomes normal. All the quotes relating to success always have something to do with failure. Each week Max and Caroline fail like "true bosses" at just about everything, but never give up.
You Don't Have to be Mean to Be Successful
Contrary to what everyone else thinks, you do not have to be a b*tch or tyrant to be successful. Success is a two-way street! Respect goes a long way, so treat people the way you would want to be treated. Also be mindful I live in Jamaica and some people can be hotheaded, you might see a Stapler flying across your face...
You Need to Have a Strong Character
The hate and negativity and all sorts of bad energy will come your way as soon as it seems you are on to something great. There are people who don't and won't have your best interest at heart and it will take a strong person to overcome this. You need to choose your battles wisely and fight when it's necessary. Don't get loud on everybody for every little thing!
You Have to Actually Work
Since mid-2014 or even earlier everybody is an entrepreneur. Don't get me wrong , there is nothing wrong with that, it shows that more people are becoming self-reliant and thinking out of the box as it relates to making money. The thing is, most people think all they need is the idea and just like that -- BAM! You are successful! You have to put in the hardwork in order to be successful
