Turkish authorities warned France twice about the threat posed by one of the Paris terrorist attack suspects, an official claimed on Monday.

Ismaël Omar Mostefaï was apparently already on Turkey's security services radar before Friday's horrific attacks --  which points to a severe intelligence lapse by French authorities, a Turkish official in Ankara told BuzzFeed.

The official alleges that details of their dossier was shared with French counterparts in December 2014 and June 2015, according to BuzzFeed.
