We're past 50% with 23 of the acts coming to Eurovision announced. And this year is lining up to be even more extraordinary than last year. Some of the acts look incredible, and this is before they spend the next 3 months improving their presentation.
The entry from Bosnia & Herzegovina has skyrocketed to be considered the likely winner by fans across Europe. This is part of what makes Eurovision the best music contest, an unexpected entry from a small country popping to the top of the lists. (The song is not up on YouTube yet, so here's a composite of all the finalists in Bosnia & Herzegovina's internal competition for who to send - and there's a lot of talent here!) Is this year Bosnia & Herzegovina's turn to shine?

The entry from Latvia is receiving almost as many accolades. And deservedly so. Last year's Latvian representative is the songwriter of "Heartbeat", the song which won Supernova 2016 earlier tonight. We could well be going to Latvia next year.

And placing a strong third on most people's lists (those of us crazy enough that we're already watching all the country finals). Spain gets no respect from the voters of Europe but Barei is incredible and could be the one to break the curse. Barcelona would be a great venue next year.

Who do you think is the best entry so far? Let us know in the comments below or go vote in an online poll.
