Police are looking for two men in relation to a woman being tied up at knife point in Levin.

The woman was woken by two men who allegedly entered her home about 3:45am on Monday morning when they tied her up and stole some property and her car, Acting Detective Sergeant Dave Wilson said.

She said she was unable to get a good look at the pair, but police have recovered the car.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen a grey Nissan Murano with the number plate GSU174 to come forward.
