Yolanda Foster and her famous family attended the Global Lyme Alliance Inaugural Gala Thursday night, where the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star made a heartfelt admission. Foster, who has Lyme disease, revealed that her two children, Bella and Anwar Hadid, also have the disease.

"When my two youngest children, Bella and Anwar, were diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease in early 2012, watching my babies struggle in silence in order to support me in my journey, struck the deepest core of hopelessness inside of me," said Foster

Foster, who has worked to raise awareness for the disease, received the "Power of One" award at the gala.

"This award is for Anwar and Bella. This is my token and my promise to you that I will not allow you to live a life of pain and suffering," said Foster. "I will walk to the end of the earth to find a cure so that you can live a healthy life that you deserve. No child should suffer the way that you do."

Foster has been open about her struggle with the disease. In a blog earlier this year, the 51-year-old told fans she had trouble doing everyday tasks

"I have lost the ability to read, write, or even watch TV, because I can't process information or any stimulation for that matter," said Foster in a blog post for Bravo. "It feels like someone came in and confiscated my brain and tied my hands behind my back to just watch and see life go by without me participating in it."
