Wildfires are consuming large swaths of the wine country north of San Francisco. At least 21 people have died so far with hundreds missing, thousands have been evacuated and about 3,500 structures, including residences, shops and barns, have been destroyed. California Gov. Jerry Brown has declared a state of emergency in some northern counties, including Napa and Sonoma.
