The half-brother of Meghan Markle was busted for driving under the influence in Oregon early Friday, police confirmed.

Thomas Markle Jr., who shares a father with the Duchess of Sussex, was stopped for speeding while driving in Josephine shortly after 1:30 a.m., and the officer determined he was “visibly intoxicated,” according to an Oregon State Police report obtained by the Daily News.

Thomas underwent a field sobriety test after being pulled over, and he registered a blood alcohol concentration of .11%. The legal limit for operating a vehicle in Oregon is .08%.

He was taken to a detox center in Grants Pass after being hit with a DUI citation, and his car was towed.

The 52-year-old will have to appear in court at a later date.

He and Blount got engaged earlier this week.

His father Thomas Sr. spoke told TMZ following the arrest, "My son has a serious problem and he needs help, and I hope he gets it.”

Thomas and his famous half-sister are estranged.
