Parker is due to defend his belt against Hughie Fury - cousin of Tyson - on May 6, yet the New Zealand fighter already has half an eye on what lies in store after that.

Joshua and Klitschko go head-to-head in front of 90,000 fans at Wembley Stadium on April 29, with Parker and WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder among the potential future opponents for the winner.

With Tyson Fury on the comeback trail too, Parker has delivered a clear message that he wants to be in the ring against the best of the heavyweight division.

"Hopefully everything goes well against Hughie," Parker told talkSPORT.

"I want to fight all the best in the world, but whoever wins out of Joshua and Klitschko, I'd love to fight the winner.

"Joshua is another great young athlete and boxer who's doing really well and I wish him all the best in his fight with Klitschko; I'd love to fight any of the top heavyweights.

"We want to make it like the old days, where the heavyweights used to fight each other many times. It's a very exciting time for the heavyweight division and it's great to be a part of it."
