Rio Ferdinand's over the top reaction to Manchester United's equaliser against Liverpool is SENSATIONAL

There was this bit of proof here - him tipping Wayne Rooney to score in the car on the way to Old Trafford to watch the rivalry unfold. 

He showed it during the game too, as he adamantly claimed that Antonio Valencia was DEFINITELY onside in the build up to Zlatan Ibrahimovic's equaliser. 

But the above video is the best bit of proof we have that Rio LOVES United as it captures his unedited reaction to the goal being scored.

The clip shows the former Red Devils centre-back watching the action closely as his old side attempt to get back into the game following a James Milner penalty.

Valencia picks out Ibrahimovic in the box who nods the ball towards goal, where it bounces in off the bar with delicate precision.
