Uruguay scrum-half Augustin Ormaechea became the first player to be sent off at the 2015 World Cup against Fiji on Tuesday. Ormaechea reacted angrily towards Fiji prop Campese Ma'afu after the Pacific Islanders scored their fifth try and was shown a second yellow card by referee JP Doyle. He was sent to the sin bin as early as the second minute for an illegal tackle. Ormechea came back to score one of Uruguay's two tries.
