© Provided by Sportal com au Dally M Medallist Jason Taumalolo has been found guilty of a grade one shoulder charge and will serve a two-game suspension.

The Cowboys lock failed to convince the judiciary there was part of his arm used in the tackle on Alex Glenn.

It was a big gamble by North Queensland that didn't pay off and means Taumalolo will miss two rounds instead of a one-game suspension that he would have received for taking an early guilty plea.

Recruit Shaun Fensom and Coen Hess are the two candidates tipped to replace the Kiwi international.
