It has a dining room, a study and three bedroom suites -- all with private bathes. The older part of the house is made of caves dating back to Etruscan and Roman times, and it even includes a wine cellar inside a Roman water cistern. Plus, it has a garden kitchen and a spectacular pool with jacuzzi inside the caves, which open onto the garden, meditation room and art gallery.

For adventurous travelers, this house sits atop a 20 meter high rock, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain, two rivers and waterfalls. It's an artistic house built on rocks and made of stone. It's located 300 meters from the historic village of Igatu and is surrounded by the most famous national park in Brazil: Chapada Diamantina. Come prepared, though, with a lantern and good hiking shoes.

This hand-constructed cave home is located in Lopera, in Andalucia. It has a large terrace with views of the Sierra Nevada. Lopera is attached to Cortes and Graena, and it's a peaceful village with a rural vibe, though it's only 25 minutes from Granada and 2 hours from the beach.
