A man who allegedly stabbed two people has handed himself in at a southern Sydney police station.

The 20-year-old attacked one man outside a Riverwood home in April and another man found on the Princes Highway in Arncliffe in May, police allege.

He handed himself in on Friday, and was refused bail to appear in Parramatta Local Court on Saturday charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent to murder and wounding a person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
