Two men who have allegedly committed an armed robbery and evaded police several times in Victoria's southwest remain at large.

Police have been looking for Camperdown pair Keiarhn Carter, 20, and Lachlan Mitchell, 19, since three men robbed a man on Thursday in Warrnambool.

Two of the robbers were allegedly armed with guns when they took a tin of cash and a wallet from a motorhome, police say.

The robbers allegedly left in a Holden station wagon involved in several police pursuits in the state's southwest before the car was found in a street in Portland.

Another vehicle that police think the Camperdown duo were travelling in was also found in Portland over the weekend.

The woman found inside the second car was arrested and charged with being an accessory to armed robbery and number plate theft.

The 29-year-old from Warrnambool was remanded in custody until November 29 after facing Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Monday.

She is the second person charged in relation to the armed robbery after a Warrnambool man, 26, was charged on Thursday with armed robbery, theft and aggravated burglary.
