An alleged bikie gang member involved in a social media video with NRL star Jarryd Hayne earlier this month has been arrested.

Queensland police arrested Chris Bloomfield, 26, on the Gold Coast on Thursday morning after he allegedly breached bail conditions by going within 500 metres of an international airport and failing to report to police.

Bloomfield, who is alleged to be a member of the Hells Angels, is currently on bail awaiting trial over an alleged extortion racket.

The ex-Gold Coast Titans under-20s player featured in a snapchat video alongside Titans recruit Hayne, which has resulted in the NRL integrity unit talking to the code-hopper about his links to Bloomfield.

The video shows Bloomfield holding a large bundle of cash, which he claims he's just received from Hayne.

"Haynsey just gave me five grand," he says on the video.

Hayne has denied knowing Bloomfield or that the cash in the video was his.

Bloomfield reportedly received approval to travel to Melbourne for a funeral but police are alleging he went to a Hells Angels meeting instead.

It's expected Bloomfiield will face Southport Magistrates Court on Friday.
