Police have arrested a Perth man for failing to turn up to court on charges related to the notorious Evil 8 pedophiles accused of sexually abusing a girl pimped by her father.Alfred John Impicciatore, 46, a builder with his own business from Wembley, was supposed to enter a plea on charges of sexually penetrating a child aged 13-16 years. When he didn't show up on Friday, two detectives sitting in Perth Magistrates Court that are handling the Evil 8 case went and found him and arrested him.He will face court on Saturday.Eight men were originally named in the notorious case, which has since been reduced to seven. The girl's 42-year-old father was sent to jail for 22 years for sexually assaulting his daughter and organising her abuse by advertising on websites such as Craigslist.

That included being abused and drugged between the ages of 11 and 13.

Former pastor David Volmer was handed 10-and-a-half years behind bars and photographer Benjamin Simon Clarke was imprisoned for three years.

Nicholas Adam Beer is on bail ahead of sentencing on 163 counts this month, while Troy Phillip Milbourne will face a trial of issues this month and is in custody.

Ryan Trevor Clegg, who sparked outrage this month after it was revealed he breached his bail conditions by living close to a daycare centre and a school, has pleaded guilty to 61 charges including sexually penetrating a child and is now also in custody awaiting sentence.

After a public outcry over Clegg's case, WA Attorney-General Michael Mischin proposed legislative changes that would make it tougher for serious sex offenders to secure bail while awaiting sentence.
