The aspiring Justin Bieber lookalike who was found dead in his hotel room last summer reportedly died after ingesting a potent cocktail of drugs.

Toby Sheldon — who dropped roughly $100,000 on cosmetic surgeries to look like the "Baby" singer — had a series of painkillers and prescription drugs in his system when his body was discovered at a Motel 6 in California last August, according to the autopsy report obtained by TMZ.

Among the substances in his system were hydrocodone, oxycodone and Valium, and responding police also found syringes and an insulin bottle in the hotel room, the celebrity gossip site reports.

His death was officially deemed the result of "multiple drug intoxication."

Sheldon — whose real name was Toby Strebel — was 35 at the time of his death. Police found his body on Aug. 21, 2015, three days after he was reported missing.

He later appeared on the E! Network reality show "Botched," where he explained why he opted to undergo the transformation.

"What brought me to Bieber was the whole package: the full cheeks, the full temples, the bright open eyes, the full luscious lips, and spatial framing … (he's) just extraordinarily beautiful."
