Premier Mike Baird's office has denied claims that he secretly met with developers and that confidentiality agreements have been signed for an apartment complex at Sydney's Wentworth Park.

Radio station 2GB has reported that talks of a 360-apartment complex with three major developers including Multiplex were held on Monday, with either the premier or people from the premier's office.

A spokesman for the premier said the reports that plans were afoot to sell off the prime real estate were "completely false".

"Neither the premier nor any member of his office has met with Multiplex or any other developer regarding Wentworth Park or any other site used for greyhound racing," he said on Tuesday.

"The premier has made clear that all crown land sites currently used for greyhound racing will remain in public use."

Deputy Premier Troy Grant said he was unaware of any secret sell-off meetings.

"It will be used for community purposes and I am unaware of any meetings," he said.
