An alleged bikie charged over the shooting murder of Sydney crime figure Pasquale Barbaro has chosen not to apply for bail.

Siar Munshizada, 28, appeared before Burwood Local Court on Wednesday accused over the November 14 murder in the city's south.

Lawyer John Hajje flagged a possible bail application for the alleged Rebels bikie during his scheduled reappearance for hearing on December 21.

"It's always possible," Mr Hajje told reporters outside court.

Munshizada was one of nine men arrested in police raids on Tuesday and charged over Barbaro's killing.

Jared Prakash, 24, also appeared in Burwood Local Court on Wednesday charged with related offences including membership of a criminal group. He too chose not to apply for bail and will return to court alongside Munshizada.

Mr Hajje, who spoke to the two men after their appearances, said they were in "a little bit of shock" but "dealing with things".
