The absence of Christina Grimmie from the Emmys "In Memoriam" did not go unnoticed by fans.

Countless people took to social media on Sunday to point out that the award ceremony left out the late "Voice" singer who was killed following her own Orlando concert back in June.

The 22-year-old had starred on the reality singing competition series "The Voice," which took home its own Emmy award on Sunday.

"Sad and disappointed to see that the #Emmys left Christina Grimmie off of their memoriam special," one Twitter user wrote.

"@TheEmmys The Voice won an Emmy this evening and you didn't include @TheRealGrimmie in your In Memoriam segment. #RIPChristina #Emmys," another added.

A New Jersey native, the former "Voice" contestant and YouTube star had just begun her singing career before she was killed by an obsessed fan when hosting a meet-and-greet after one of her concerts.

The Emmys memoriam featured actors, musicians, presenters and athletes on Sunday, including Gene Wilder, Anton Yelchin, Garry Marshall, David Bowie, Prince, Merle Haggard and Muhammad Ali.
