A Chinese takeaway delivery man robbed at knife point is the latest in a spate of similar armed robberies in Sydney's southwest.

The 47-year-old delivery man told police he was approached by two unknown men in Casula armed with knives who robbed him of cash just after 9pm on Wednesday.

The delivery man complied and notified police.

The incident is the latest in a string of 12 armed robberies of pizza and Chinese takeaway delivery drivers in Fairfield, Cabramatta, Edensor Park and Bonnyrigg since April, police said on Friday.
