She debuted her new single, ‘Dear Life’ at the Logies on Sunday night. Now Delta Goodrem has given unsuspecting fans a surprise gig.

Performing at Sydney’s Bondi Junction Westfield, Goodrem donned a disguise for her Wednesday afternoon performance.

The Voice Au judge was seen sporting a ‘rock chick’ look under the alter ego, ‘Angel Rose’.

Supported by KIIS FM, Delta’s transformation included a shaggy black hair do complete with bangs, fake tattoos, glasses, a chocker and a trilby.

She also changed up her normal sartorial choices, opting for a sleeveless grey tee and black skinny jeans instead of her staple floaty dresses.

Goodrem announced Angel Rose’s performance on her Instagram, telling her 329,000 followers, “Wow this chick “Angel Rose” rocked out #DearLife @WestfieldAU Bondi Junction… Come on down and get a cd signed.”

The Daily Telegraph reported it was only when the singer began to sing her new single that the Westfield shoppers began to crowd in and listen.

Goodrem was happy to pose for photos with fans who had come down, and they expressed their gratitude on Twitter:
