The bitter battle between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard exploded again Monday with the actor clearing things from their downtown apartment without her consent, a source told the Daily News Monday.

"It's trespassing. It's against the restraining order. She has exclusive use of the property," the insider told The News.

People working for Depp entered the penthouse condo Monday while Heard is out of town and began removing furniture, clothes and items off the walls, the source said.

A housekeeper was there and police were called, the source said.

Heard filed for divorce May 23 and got a temporary restraining order a few days later after claiming Depp physically abused her.

A hearing to extend the stay-away order is set for Friday with Heard expected to testify among a handful of witnesses.

The "Danish Girl" actress is out of town until Thursday, traveling in New York and then London for a costume fitting for her upcoming movie "The Justice League."

Depp has not commented publicly on her claims of physical abuse, but his lawyer claimed in a court filing last month that Heard made the domestic violence allegations to force a financial settlement.
