In the suit, Elton's former security guard Jeffrey Wenninger claims the 69-year-old grabbed his genitals on three occasions in 2014.

According to the allegations, Elton "put his hands in [Wenninger's] pants" and tried to grab his genitals and "put his fingers between [his] butt cheeks" while in the car together.

The ex-employee says Elton told him to "get your todger out" and "say hello to Uncle Elton".

He claims to have verbally and physically resisted the Grammy winner's advances, but that did not stop the singer.

On one of the other occasions, Elton allegedly twisted Jeffrey nipples and said "you gorgeous thing, you".

Jeffrey is believed to have stopped working for Elton in September 2014.

Elton has been married to husband David Furnish since December 2014. The pair has two sons, Zachary, five, and Elijah, three.

Elton is yet to comment on the allegations.
