Dreamworld victim and "devoted mother" Cindy Low will be farewelled by her children and husband at a funeral service on the NSW Central Coast on Thursday afternoon.

The 42-year-old New Zealand expat, described as the "dearly cherished wife and soul mate of Mathew Low" and "devoted mother" of Kieran and Isla, was one of four people killed last week when the Thunder River Rapids ride malfunctioned.

Her funeral will be held at the Palmdale Hillside Chapel in Palmdale on Thursday afternoon.

The mother-of-two was killed alongside Kate Goodchild, her brother Luke Dorsett and his partner Roozbeh Araghi.

Ms Low's 10-year-old son and Ms Goodchild's 12-year-old daughter Ebony both survived the tragedy.

The bodies of those killed were released to their families on Monday following post-mortem examinations.

"Cindy was taken from us too soon as a result of a tragic accident at DreamWorld," her family said in a funeral notice on Wednesday.

The park itself remains closed, with park bosses saying it will not reopen until at least after the funerals.
