Gruen beats The Bachelor for second week

Even the cute factor can't push The Bachelor ahead of the mighty Gruen.

The ABC show that lifts the lid on advertising proved more of a ratings draw on Wednesday night than the fake crying babies introduced into The Bachelor mansion on a strange group date.

Gruen's sharp analysis edged ahead with 865,000 viewers and not even Richie Strahan's double kiss on The Bachelor could outrank it with and audience of 858,000, according to OzTAM's overnight TV ratings.
