Kim Kardashian raved about social media and said she could ‘handle’ the loss of privacy in an eerie interview just before her Paris robbery.

‘There are pitfalls. Lack of privacy, loss of privacy. And that’s not for everyone. For me, I can handle it,’ she told 60 Minutes

Earlier this month Kim was robbed at gunpoint by five masked men while staying in Paris.

During the interview she claimed: ‘It is a talent to have a brand that’s really successful off of getting people to like you for being you.’

The robbery included a 20-carat emerald cut diamond Lorraine Schwartz ring from husband Kanye West.

Shortly before the robbery, Kim posted multiple pictures of herself flashing the stunning multi-million dollar jewel on social media.

The reality star famed for sharing her life with her followers has not posted on social media since the incident.

Her family rallied around her, also taking a break from work commitments for a short time after the shocking heist.

A source told People: ‘She has zero desire to resume her old life’ as the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is said to not be coping well following the incident.

‘Kim’s whole life has basically changed,’ the source added, ‘Before, she was like a social butterfly. Now she acts much more withdrawn.’
