Man stabbed at south Sydney train station

A 43-year-old man has been stabbed at a south Sydney train station, with CCTV images now released in the hope of catching his attacker.

The man was set upon outside Kirrawee train station just after midnight on Sunday morning, moments after he saw the armed thug urinating on a ticket machine.

Police believe the assailant, and another man who he fled the scene with, were both aged between 20 and 25.

The injured man was treated for his injuries at St George Hospital.
