A probe into alleged drug-dealing and serious licensing breaches at a Kings Cross strip club has been underway for months and isn't over yet, Sydney police say.

Officers raided the Dollhouse Nightspot in Potts Point in the early hours of Sunday morning as part of a long-running drug supply investigation dubbed Operation Pinocchio.

Two men were arrested and Kings Cross Local Area Command Acting Inspector Alison Brennan said more charges are expected as the investigation continues.

"The operation was set up over the last six months in relation to that premises," she told reporters on Sunday afternoon.

"There were a number of serious licensing breaches were detected and also the supply of prohibited drugs. This has all culminated in the search warrant this morning."

Two customers - a 26-year-old from Waterloo and a 39-year-old Victorian - were issued Field Court Attendance Notices for possessing a prohibited drug.

The men are both due to face the Downing Centre Local Court on December 6.

Ten items were also removed from the premises for further testing after traces of drugs were allegedly discovered.

Attempts to contact the club for comment on Sunday were unsuccessful, and the property appeared to be empty when visited by AAP.
