Motorcyclist charged after fatal NSW crash

A motorcyclist who allegedly never held a licence has been charged after his pillion passenger died following a crash in central NSW earlier this year.

A 30-year-old man and a 31-year-old female passenger were seriously injured in the accident in Cowra on February 20, with the woman later dying in hospital due to serious head injuries.

The rider faced Cootamundra Court on Wednesday after being charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, driving under the influence and never having held a licence.
