A man accused of raping a woman in a Sydney motel room before kidnapping and repeatedly sexually assaulting a teenager in the city's west is now facing allegations of sex attacks against three more women.

Mustafa Kayirici did not appear in Central Local Court on Wednesday after he was charged with a string of charges, including six counts of aggravated sexual assaults against three separate women and robbery while armed with offensive weapon.

Court papers allege that in one of these attacks, on May 20, he broke into a woman's Parramatta motel room at dawn, planning to rob her at knifepoint.

The 26-year-old from South Penrith was already behind bars and made no bid for bail on Wednesday.

He had been taken into custody in June after he allegedly armed himself with a gun before assaulting and robbing a 22-year-old woman in a Park Street motel, in the Sydney CBD, and snatching a 13-year-old from Parramatta a week later and sexually assaulting her at numerous locations around southwest Sydney.

Kayirici is due back in court on October 11.
