Nicole Kidman has apparently passed along her love of acting to her eight-year-old daughter.

Before the 49-year-old  star headed into the Palm Springs International Film Festival, she told E! News that Sunday Rose recently landed her first acting gig.

When asked if she had already chosen her dress for the Golden Globe Awards, Nicole said she had already picked it out because of a more pressing situation.

"My daughter just got cast in her school play," the actress explained. "So that's been the main priority, learning lines with her." Now that would be one amazing acting coach.

Nicole added that during a phone conversation with her husband Keith Urban, 49, she overheard Sunday Rose telling her father, "You've got to get off the phone, and help me with my lines, dad."

So far, Sunday is the only one of Nicole's four children who has shown interest in an acting career.

We'll have to wait and see if the Oscar winner's youngest child, Faith Margaret, six, takes after her too.
