Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk says no deal has been signed for a proposed $3 billion casino development on prime Gold Coast land.

The Chinese-backed ASF Consortium has reportedly proposed a three-tower development at The Spit, including residential and office space and high-end restaurants.

"We need to see a detailed, formal proposal from ASF and I don't want to make any comments until government has had the due consideration to look at that," Ms Palaszczuk said on Monday.
