Queensland police have charged two men after overnight raids uncovered a network of drugs and weapons in the state's southeast.

A 29-year-old man, a manager at a Rocklea-based transport firm, was charged with drug and weapons offences after the raids on a home and business found the drug ice and several weapons.

The raids followed an investigation into allegations several of his employees had been using and supplying ice.

"In previous days, two drivers from this particular company have tested positive for methylamphetamine during roadside testing," Acting Detective Inspector Jason Gough said.

Det Insp Gough said the use of ice in the transport industry was an ongoing concern.

In a separate incident police also charged a 41-year-old man who is allegedly a member of the Hells Angels on the Gold Coast after drugs and weapons, including knives and a spiked knuckle duster, were found in his BMW.
