A group of Queensland teenagers have been charged with a raft of theft and driving offences following an alleged five day crime spree in Brisbane's north.

It is alleged the group's ringleader, a 17-year-old male, stole a car from Wilston on Saturday and, along with his three accomplices - a 19-year-old male, and two girls, aged 18 and 17 - went on a crime bender.

The 17-year-old male allegedly assaulted and robbed a 13-year-old boy on Monday and committed a series of thefts over the week.

They were caught after crashing the car in Bracken Ridge on Wednesday, and are all scheduled to appear in court in the coming weeks, police say.

The 17-year-old male is due to appear in Pine River Magistrates Court on Thursday on 21 charges.

The 19-year-old male is expected to front Sandgate Magistrates Court on January 21, 2017 and the 18-year-old woman will appear in the same court on January 16, and the 17-year-old woman on January 12.
