RECORDS SET IN AUSTRALIA'S 39-RUN FIRST TEST WIN OVER PAKISTAN AT GABBA ON MONDAY

* Pakistan's 450 was their highest fourth innings Test total, eclipsing 382 against Sri Lanka at Pallekele in 2015

* It was also the highest fourth innings Test total at the Gabba, leapfrogging England's 370 in 2006

* It was the equal third largest fourth innings total in Test history, behind England's 5-654 against South Africa in 1939

* It was the highest fourth innings Test total in Australia, beating India's 445 at Adelaide in 1978

* Pakistan's Asad Shafiq (137) hit his ninth ton at No.6 - the most in that position in Test history, eclipsing West Indies great Sir Garfield Sobers' record

* Shafiq is just the second Pakistan batsman to have scored a fourth innings Test ton in Australia after Ijaz Ahmed (121) at Melbourne in 1990

* Shafiq's 137 is the highest fourth innings knock at a Gabba Test, eclipsing 113 by India's Sunil Gavaskar (1977-78) and the West Indies' Sherwin Campbell in 1996-97

* Pakistan have lost 10 straight Tests in Australia - the most by any team away

* Australia are unbeaten at the Gabba in Tests since 1988.
