JAILED

* Victim's father, who raped and pimped the girl but can't be named to protect her identity, was sentenced in June this year to 22-and-a-half years. Earliest release date is October 2035. He's appealing, arguing the term is manifestly excessive

* Former pastor and father-of-two Dawid Volmer was sentenced in November to 10-and-a-half years after admitting he stupefied the blindfolded girl with an inhalant and raped her in front of her father. Eligible for parole after eight-and-a-half years

* Nicholas Adam Beer admitted sexually abusing the girl alongside her father while she was shackled to a bed and forced to wear bondage gear. Sentenced on September 23 to seven years, eligible for parole after five years

* Benjamin Simon Clarke was sentenced in June to three years after pleading guilty to 12 charges, including indecently recording and dealing with a child, admitting he photographed the girl wearing lingerie and nude at an abandoned mine site. Eligible for parole after 18 months

* Another man implicated in the investigation was never charged with offences related to the girl but was jailed for using an online chat forum to engage in sexual conversations and exchange nude photographs of other children

AWAITING SENTENCING

* Ryan Trevor Clegg pleaded guilty earlier this month to 61 charges, including four counts of sexual penetration, and is in custody ahead of sentencing later this year. He had been bailed, sparking outrage when it emerged he lived close to a childcare centre, and was taken back into custody

* Troy Phillip Milbourne pleaded guilty in July to seven charges including sexual penetration of a child. A trial of issues will be held at Bunbury District Court on September 30 ahead of sentencing at a later date

YET TO PLEAD

* Alfred John Impicciatore had been out on bail but was arrested earlier this month when he failed to attend court. He will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court for a committal mention on October 5.
